Which location should I choose?

For most clients, it comes down to geography. West Hartford serves Hartford County north and west — Blue Back Square, Elizabeth Park, Bishop's Corner, Avon, Farmington, Simsbury, Bloomfield. Rocky Hill serves the southern metro — Cromwell, Wethersfield, Glastonbury, Newington, Berlin, Middletown. Ask our front desk if you're unsure which is faster for you.

Do both locations offer the same services?

Yes — all 14 treatments are available at both locations on identical protocols, with identical pricing. The only practical differences are which specific provider primarily staffs each location (though our RNs rotate between both).

Are the providers the same at both locations?

Accepted Answer

Alica Bravo RN (founder) and Samantha Jones (laser technician) work at both locations. Sarah Mitchell RN primarily staffs West Hartford. Irene Taylor RN primarily staffs Rocky Hill. Diana Lee (aesthetician) and our Medical Director oversee both. Ask when you book if there's a specific provider you'd like to see.

What's parking like at each location?

West Hartford (Suite 309, 61 S Main Street): street parking on S Main Street plus the public garage on Isham Road. Rocky Hill (825 Cromwell Avenue): free plaza parking directly in front of the entrance.

Can I switch between locations for different appointments?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Many clients use whichever is closest to wherever they happen to be that week — West Hartford for workday appointments in the metro, Rocky Hill for evenings or weekends from the southern suburbs. Your records are unified across both.
